The latest technology available was at the core of this new customer loyalty program built completely upon the creative use of data. Through a personal Near Field Communication finger ring (NFC ring), customers gain access to exclusive events. To discover the correct size of the client’s ring finger a mailing with a specially produced iris was developed. The iris measures the ring finger size and simultaneously defines a user access code to the website ringleader.ch
