BMW Switzerland wanted to invite customers with high expectations to an exclusive event: a class on plating and presentation hosted by the award-winning Heiko Nieder. So individual mailings that were as exclusive and unique as the event itself were sent out. For once, Heiko Nieder didn't paint plates, but sheets of paper, with colours made from real food using a special process devised by a colour expert. The results were vibrant and expressive works of art.
