A record number of journalists and bloggers are currently imprisoned worldwide. On World Press Freedom Day, a virtual 24-hour protest was organized to put Instagram 'behind bars'. People were able to use the microsite to create a nine-photo mosaic and upload it to Instagram, in which a photo grid created the illusion they were behind bars.
