Ding Dong is luxury store where its target feels at home. So we decided to expand that home. Instead of waiting for affluents consumers to come ringing on its doorbell, it was Ding Dong who went ringing on doorbells of influent Lisbon homes, specifically those with influence over our niche target audience, requesting to come in. For the first time, a store placed objects for sale on private homes that could be bought with simple bank transfer and replaced the next day.
