What is a visual identity for the city? Lines, colours, structures? Or maybe it is a language spoken by people inhabiting the place. And if it is the latter, the design process has to reveal, not create. For this reason the journey in Lithuania's port city started with the beyond state-of-the-art engagement of various communities and stakeholders. Their stories together with experiencing Klaipėda itself formulated a narrative in us.
