Consumers want to know exactly what they are buying and consuming. Often the only way to find out everything about a product is by online research. Migros, Switzerland’s largest retailer has radically simplified this process: the Discover app transforms each product into its own communication channel. Migros uses image recognition and augmented reality to identify products via the packaging and make them interactive.
