Minipreço is a supermarket chain in Portugal. When the world stopped, their sales continued to rise. But not everyone had the same luck. Rising musicians lost their stage, audience and money. To support them, Minipreço's stores replaced their background music with musicians' tracks. The chain paid for the rights and created a playlist that played non-stop. As a result, not only did the musicians' streams and royalties grow, they were also given a stage in the aisles to live-stream concerts.
