"The Cooked Book" is an experimental and multidisciplinary project that combines photography and fine gastronomy. As a result of this project, a book was published and the photographs were exhibited during the most important literary festival in Portugal, in the medieval village of Óbidos. Each book was produced and cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, in a daily baking show that took place in the most famous local bakery.
