According to the Guinness World Records, Zurich’s Hiltl is the world's oldest vegetarian restaurant (since 1898). In 2019, Hiltl launched an organic baby porridge that is 100% vegetarian. This campaign announced the product innovation, in ads in parents magazines and on posters and billboards.
