
The Agency Exchange is the educational programme promoted, that gives the opportunity to all European agencies to enrol and challenge midlevel creatives to travel abroad and learn from different methods and cultures.
It helps the agencies to retain talent giving their people the opportunity to work from 3 to 6 weeks abroad and learn from other agency cultures. The programme offers a unique experience to agencies that want to host creatives from all over Europe and to creatives wishing to live abroad and have new working experiences.
Is it not only a fantastic way for creatives to develop their professional skills while working abroad without quitting their job, but it also allows agencies to benefit from a wide range of talents from other cultures, countries, and backgrounds.
