“Do the rules of our industries push us to make real changes, or do they just lead to minor adjustments here and there? Are we really changing our industries or, on the contrary, are they changing us?
Before we can truly become agents of change in our respective fields, we must first embark on a journey of personal transformation. It is only by changing ourselves—our mindsets, our habits, our perspectives—that we can effectively catalyze change in our industries and beyond.
Thus, the essence of being an agent of change lies in having the audacity to question, to disrupt, to step out of our respective comfort zones. Starting with ourselves.
This year we celebrate those who dared to chart into new territories and question themselves, then question the industry as a whole.
