Finalists for the 2023 ADCE Awards have been disclosed!
An international jury of 56 highly regarded creatives gathered in Barcelona, from the 9th to the 10th of November, to debate about the finest creative works from across Europe. They have identified not only Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards in various categories, but also ADCE’s Special Awards, Grand Prix and new this year, Shortlist.
This prestigious jury was led by the 7 accomplished Jury Presidents, who collectively established the pinnacle of creative excellence in Europe.

Chief Creative Officer,
Marcel Worldwide - France -
Youri started his career as an art director at CLM/BBDO in 2004. He’s now 43 years old and works at Marcel in Paris as Chief Creative Officer.
Curious, passionate, and possessing a positive mindset, he bears the responsibility of approximately 160 creative individuals. Along with his creative partner, Gaëtan du Peloux, Youri has produced outstanding and award-winning work for a large span of national and international brands. Youri is one of the most awarded French creative of his generation. He has won almost every major award of the industry including 2 Cannes Lions Grand Prix, 3 D&AD Black Pencils and a White Pencil, One Show Green Pencil, 2 NY Festival Best of Show, Grandy, Grand LIA, 6 Eurobest Grand Prix and more than 40 Cannes Lions. Youri has been honored to help judge many advertising festivals like Cannes Lions and D&AD. He’s married and a happy father of two. He loves life, good food, nature, spending time with his friends and Ultimate frisbee.

The most self-ironic Creative Director of Latvia. Spends half of her time communicating culture, art, philosophy, and comedy. In the second half of her time, she directs, raises four children, and loves people who know how to tell stories. When she sleeps, it's unclear. Una has spent two decades as a Creative Director, having worked in major advertising agencies in Riga including DDB Nordic and Not Perfect. She has also taken on roles as a writer and director for TV series, TV programs, documentaries, and films. Additionally, she contributes as a columnist to various media portals. Una is the founder and Creative Director of "Rozenbauma un māsas,” the first mindset design agency in the Baltic states. Her agency focuses on collaborating with sustainable brands and creating impactful campaigns that encompass elements from comedy, philosophy, and mental health. Through her work, Una reshapes societal perspectives and approaches issues that were previously unrecognised.

Andreea started her career in advertising 18 years ago, after a degree in theater and circus directing in Paris. For over 2 years she has been Creative Director and Partner at Jam Session Agency, the most awarded independent agency in Romania (number 3 Effie Index Romania, number 1 independent agency Effie Index Europe, shortlisted in Cannes, New York Festivals and Agency of the Year in ADC Romania ranking). The projects she was part of in the last 10 years won the first Gold Lion in Cannes for a Romanian independent agency, but also the first D&AD pencil. Other awards and shortlists followed over the years in festivals such as: Cannes, Effie, Euro Effie, SABRE, Webby, Golden Hammer, Internetics, PR Awards, New York Festivals. Ghenoiu, has been a jury fellow at Eurobest, D&AD, Effie, PR Awards, ADC Europe Awards, Golden Drum and is also a member of Art Director’s Club Romania. Andreea - beyond advertising - is a happy mother of two and an amateur flow writer - anything that rhymes and can be mixed.

Borja was born in Barcelona, frustrated musician, trained as an industrial designer at the Elisava School and graduated with honors from the London College of Printing, with a BA in Graphic & Media design. In 2007 she founded Lo Siento, a graphic/industrial design studio that combines typographic volumetry with graphic craftsmanship and currently brings together a team of 6 designers. The studio is dedicated to the creation of visual identities for brands in catering, architecture, food and beverage. They define their work and language as: "Techno-Craft". The studio has been recognized with 32 LAUS awards. Borja teaches classes, masters and workshops in several universities in Spain, Italy and France. In 2016 Martínez was included as a member of the prestigious international association AGI, one of the most prestigious clubs in terms of graphic design, which brings together the talents of some of the most influential designers on the planet.

After working in the theatre, Claus Fischer worked as creative director for various agencies. Since 1996, he has been Managing Director of the VOSS+FISCHER, agency for brand experience, located in Frankfurt, Hamburg and New York, where he is responsible for conception and creation. The agency, VOSS+FISCHER, is dedicated in communicating brands, products and ideas through experiences. Digital or real. The agency has many years of international experience with conferences, product presentations, roadshows and trade fair appearances, boothdesign, exhibition design, retail store concepts and PopUp stores, both national and international. Kat Hahn is an award-winning Creative Director with 18+ years in the industry who has worked at some of London’s best-loved agencies (e.g. DDB, Poke, 4Creative, R/GA) before joining Meta. Here she works on campaigns for the whole portfolio of Meta brands (Meta, Facebook, Instagram) across international markets from the EU to Brazil, India and Philippines. Kat is passionate about DEI and an advocate for representation not just in front and behind the camera but also throughout creative departments. Being both: a copywriter and art director by trade, she is able to direct teams in creating award-winning full-funnel campaigns as well as pitches that are not only creative but also deliver tangible results. Passionate about building and leading creative teams to deliver innovative and compelling brand experiences, her leadership style focuses on empowering individuals, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment of freedom and support where every team member can thrive.

Chosen by Adweek as one of most creative people in the world in 2018, Pancho was appointed Partner and Global CCO of DAVID only a month of starting his own agency MAD. In his first two years leading the company, DAVID Miami achieved a historic triple crown: being named Agency of the Year at the One Show, the D&AD and the Clios the same year. Also, the newly opened agency became one of the most awarded agencies in the world. He also helped his previous agency LOLA MullenLowe become Best Agency in Latin America four times and the 4th most awarded agency in the world. During his career, he led the work for popular brands like Burger King, Netflix, Budweiser, and created the most talked about campaign during the last world cup in Russia, Hidden Flag. Awarded his first gold lion as a trainee, at 22, Pancho totals 112, including 4 Grand Prix and a Titanium lion, a Black Pencil for the Moldy Whopper campaign, 59 Grand Prix and over 720 awards from some of the most recognized festivals in the world, including the Effie, Clio, D&AD and One Show. Most recently, he was nominated for CCO of the Year in North America by Ad Age and DAVID Madrid was named International Agency of the Year in 2022. He is member of Ogilvy’s Creative Council.
