Accused of truth

In an increasingly authoritarian Georgia, journalist Mzia Amaghlobeli-jailed after the Batumi protests and widely regarded as independent Georgia’s first female political prisoner-was smeared by pro-government media as subjective, destructive, a “foreign agent.” The response: a special newspaper made only of her headlines-100+ across 21 years, three governments, two newsrooms. Read in sequence, it shows one pattern: governments change-her reporting standard does not.
