Public land that City Hall had designated as a space for a future park in Bucharest (Romania) was illegally reassigned overnight as land for apartment buildings. Therefore, a small non-profit organization took the opportunity of a local election to protest against corruption. Because the pandemic prevented large numbers of people from gathering, local residents staged the demonstration using an “Army of Toys”.
