The ultimate talent scouting event for creative European talent

The High Potentials programme is an exciting scouting event designed by ADCE which showcases a selection of the most talented European young creatives, while at the same time it invites agencies and design studios that are looking for fresh and diverse new talents.
A unique opportunity to identify and secure the creative minds that will shape the future of the creative industry.

The 2026 Edition

ADCE’s High Potentials programme took place in Barcelona for its 9th edition on 6th and 7th May.

Two days filled with inspiration, networking, and discovery.
Day 1: Young creatives showcase their best work to top European agencies, followed by an exclusive networking event.
Day 2: A dynamic speed-dating session connects talent with industry leaders.

Together, we shape the future of creativity.

Following a record number of applications, nearly 170 candidates, 30 exceptional talents have been selected to take the stage in Barcelona on May 6th and 7th.
