A secret troll operation wrests power from racists. In Italy, 90% of users have a mobile plan with limited data averaging 6 GB a month. This targeted Facebook campaign lured racists to a fake microsite with racist videos, which are increased in size x40: before 15 MB, after 600 MB. Hence, the racists consume all their data watching them.
