In recruiting, diversity is always an issue – as is rainbow-washing. And both is even more the case if you’re a prominent state-owned local public transport company and Berlin’s third biggest employer: the BVG. Their employee structure is already very diverse, but they wanted more. So, they decided to do recruiting at a place where diversity gets to its very core: directly at Christopher Street Day 2022 in Berlin on their own party truck.
