We seized this moment to let callers know: while you’re waiting to connect with an operator, many are waiting for something even more important - blood donors.<br /> We replaced our corporate voice with real employees from the National Transfusion Service. Their sincere messages on our hotline encouraged Slovaks to donate blood, resulting in a 12% increase in blood supplies.
