Thanks to the internet everyone can find and give help. Menschen fuer Menschen uses this idea for an unconventional charity campaign that primarily offers help by turning the tables: in ‘Helptorials’, Ethiopians give Germans advice on everyday problems via YouTube and Social Media. Precise media targeting and content placement ensured users only see Helptorials actually relevant to them. At the end of each video, viewers return the help – with a donation.
