Every year this campaign was run to announce the arrival of spring, but this year spring arrived during the Covid-19 pandemic. When people were finally allowed to leave home, they found that nature’s garden weeds and thistles had thrived in exuberant and lush landscapes during lockdown. Hence, it was decided that it was a good time for Leroy Merlin to make a tribute to the rebellious flora with a fitting Ode to Garden weeds.
