Design of a book-object for a restaurant with two Michelin stars, in a small municipality of Alicante. Sincere cuisine tells the story of the family project born 40 years ago. The book has an outer box that serves as covers. The bare binding emphasizes the nine-height formats that create a staircase effect referring to the restaurant’s name "L'Escaleta". Each level is one of the logo characters.
