The battle for talent is tough, especially tough when you’re trying to attract Gen Z. Our approach was to combine a cultural area that interests them, upcoming talent they can relate to, and real purpose at the heart of it all. McDrip is an upcycled street fashion collection made from used McDonald’s workwear. It was designed by rising fashion designer Jimi Vain, and the resulting fashion line was only available if you worked at McDonald’s. Want the drop? Get the job!
