AIL, an Italian not-for-profit organization supporting cancer research, in collaboration with Takeda Pharmaceuticals, needed to fundraise for patients suffering from multiple myeloma – a little-known blood tumour – in order to improve their lives. But 62% of people don’t donate unless they are directly involved. To this end, people were invited to experience first-hand through virtual reality the symptoms of multiple myeloma.
