The East of Ukraine is more than land – its identity. When russia tried to erase it, we revived the lost “Shakhtarsky” cake from Luhansk, preserving its recipe but reshaping it into a spoil tip. Its packaging became a tactile tribute: illustrations infused with real coal honour the region’s mining legacy and resilience. Produced with Honey Confectionery, every cake sale funded Ukraine’s Armed Forces – turning packaging design into an act of cultural resistance.
