In 2017 smart electrified their entire car range, despite scepticism of people who stick to their old petrol-driven vehicles. To change this mind-set, a game show called ‘Carsino’ was created where you scrap your car, compress it to a die and then play against other drivers to win an electric smart. Supported by international influencers, Carsino was streamed live on social media, making it the first automotive campaign aimed at not only at changing minds, but also at changing cars.
