Every year one in every three Italians goes to an IKEA store imagining their dream home. Meanwhile, one in three women are suffering domestic violence. On International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, IKEA created an in-store ambient media by sealing off one of its rooms and reproducing inside it the sounds of the real domestic violence stories.
