Some 84% of global waste ends up unrecycled. However, research shows that recycling rates rise significantly when separate collection bins easier to find. That’s why Coca-Cola simply pointed them out. To do so, the brand transformed traditional OOH media spaces into simple, yet iconic signs indicating the closest recycling bins. The minimal design was based on Coca-Cola’s most iconic visual element, the Ribbon.
