Despite Law 194, access to abortion in Italy is difficult due to judgments and violence in hospitals. Anti-abortionists are even demanding mandatory listening to the fetus's heartbeat, an initiative they've already put into practice illegally. The Unheard Voice recreated a gynecological room near the Italian Parliament, offering a 3D audio experience of what women face. The campaign gained media attention, bringing women's voices to the Chamber of Deputies.
