To help the thousands of Ukrainian children arriving in the UK feel welcome we introduced some Friendly Faces - characters from Ukraine’s Mavka. The Forest Song - to CBeebies’ Hey Duggee in a parallel of the new arrivals’ experience. ‘The Welcome Badge’ is a very catchy song and two-way language lesson, encouraging friendship and acceptance across cultures.
