In the early spring of 2020, the world's media was busy stressing the importance of handwashing. No wonder people soon grew insensitive to the message. Therefore, McDonald's Russia launched an unskippable preroll YouTube ad with a single line of text appearing: 20 seconds you cannot skip. The ad, showing the proper handwashing technique, lasted precisely 20 seconds - the minimum amount of time soap needs to kill the virus.
