To promote Portugal as a unique tourism destination the presence of the Portuguese National Football team at the Euro 2016 in France was leveraged. At the start of every game Portugal played, a campaign anticipated the nation's confrontation. Instead of highlighting the score, the ads focused on tourism facts. From the number of sunlight hours, the length of the coast and other factors in witch Portugal would score high above it’s opponent.
