To stop the Sunday exodus from the music festival, companies across Romania were challenged to become the music festival’s Unofficial Partners and offer their employees the Monday off in exchange for a special sponsorship: the respect and appreciation of their employees and a promotion package offered by EC. An online guerrilla campaign was created to target top managers and convince them to join the #electricmonday movement, as it was called.
