Vi Novell – the first wine of the harvest – is bottled to mark the ‘pig slaughter’ festival in November, This young and fruity wine invites you to cast off your shackles. The label exudes this renewed, transgressive spirit. To underscore the idea of ephemeral wine (limited edition) and fast consumption, the wine is given a new label every year. The festival’s theme on the pig and the saints led to this year’s label bearing a sanctified pig.
