With a team of food technologists and sound experts we translated the flavors into sounds and created the first sound tasting. By determining the taste profile, the intensity and duration of individual ingredients and in the scientifically supported elaboration defining the basic sound elements, we awakened in the listener the experience of tasting the ingredients before they physically tried the pâtés. We presented sound tasting in the form of a web experience.
