ADCE’s High Potentials 2024 took place on the 30th and 31st of May in Barcelona for its 7th edition.

The High Potentials Programme is an exciting talent scouting event designed by ADCE which showcases a selection of the most talented European young creatives, while at the same time it invites agencies and design studios that are looking for fresh and diverse new talents.

A unique opportunity to identify and secure the creative minds that will shape the future of the creative industry.

Two days of inspiration, networking, and discovery. On Day 1, young creatives presented their best work at DHUb in front of European agencies and on Day 2, the speed-datings happened.

Together, we shape the future of creativity.

Out of over one hundred applications, 33 exceptional young talents have been selected after being proposed by esteemed universities.

Specifically, 13 talents coming from Spain, 5 from Germany, 5 from Italy, 2 from Austria and Lithuania. Additionally, there will be one representative from Czech Republic, Finland, Georgia, Netherlands Portugal and Sweden.
