The 2026 Edition

ADCE’s High Potentials programme returns to Barcelona for its 9th edition on 6th and 7th May.

Two days filled with inspiration, networking, and discovery.
Day 1: Young creatives showcase their best work to top European agencies, followed by an exclusive networking event.
Day 2: A dynamic speed-dating session connects talent with industry leaders.

Together, we shape the future of creativity.

For students

30 of Europe’s most promising young creatives will be selected to hop on stage and capture the attention of leading design and advertising agencies.
