The High Potentials programme is an exciting scouting event designed by ADCE which showcases a selection of the most talented European young creatives, while at the same time it invites agencies and design studios that are looking for fresh and diverse new talents.

The 2026 Edition

ADCE’s High Potentials programme returns to Barcelona for its 9th edition on 6th and 7th May.

Two days filled with inspiration, networking, and discovery.
Day 1: Young creatives showcase their best work to top European agencies, followed by an exclusive networking event.
Day 2: A dynamic speed-dating session connects talent with industry leaders.

Together, we shape the future of creativity.

The first day of the event is open to the public, offering the opportunity to support the talents and experience the live presentations of 30 of Europe’s most promising young creatives.

Following a record number of applications, nearly 170 candidates, 30 exceptional talents have been selected to take the stage in Barcelona on May 6th and 7th.
