Children are flowers of life or as old Estonians would say – ELU ÄTSED. Flowers form a pattern of life, similar to the embroidered wedding blankets of Saaremaa, meant to bring good luck and protection for the future. The installation brings together biodiversity typical of Western Estonia, composition refers to the classic ceiling paintings of the Baroque era, Estonian folk art, and contemporary school architecture. Collage is composed of 29 individual floral photos.
