46% of employees with critical illnesses don’t disclose their diagnosis at work due to concerns. To address this, Beiersdorf is launching its first global HR policy to support affected employees. The story follows an employee with cancer who receives the usual “I hope this email finds you well” and replies honestly about his condition in a letter never sent. Shown to 22k employees, in 100 countries, the film sparked conversations and inspired letters of support.
