The video was created by student Arno Thöni during the module ‘Audiovisual Work with Artificial Intelligence’ in the second year of the Cast / Audiovisual Media program at the Zurich University of the Arts. Students design, create and disseminate audiovisual media content spanning different platforms with video, audio and animation. As creative, lateral-thinking online professionals, they use the basic principles of classic storytelling and experiment with new forms of digital narration in the web.
In the course “Audiovisual Work with Artificial Intelligence” by lecturer Patrick Karpiczenko (a Swiss satirist, film producer, and part-time nerd) students learned the technical fundamentals of machine learning and its support in the creative process.
