Neither Qatar nor FIFA acknowledged that nearly 6500 workers perished building the lavish stadiums and facilites for the 2023 Word Cup. People in Need, an organization that supports workers’ rights around the globe, wanted to pay tribute to those lost lives. Through a simple yet striking animation, we launched M1NUTE OF SILENCE, a project that took that tradition into the digital realm, and gave everyone the opportunity to reflect and honor their memory.
