Designing Pamplona’s Commonwealth of Municipalities annual report – a collectible item since 2009 – is made every year using a different technique. The aim was to showcase the 2017 data and surprise readers who await it each year. 28 screen-prints were made based on pictures of waste residue removed from containers. The colours draw on decay: aquamarine, mustard, green moss, coffee brown. The yearly data appears – bold and expressive – on top of the images.
