Are you really in charge of your time, or is it the algorithms of big tech? This question shaped the launch of Pavlov, an app designed to help its users regain control over their screentime without restricting their freedom. Instead of punishing, Pavlov utilizes an adaptive algorithm that adjusts to its user’s usage patterns. To make the problem tangible, we stepped outside of the digital space into the physical world, away from the devices that shape it.
