Pfin is an inclusive wayfinding system for the city of Pforzheim. It uses tactile, visual, and digital elements to make urban navigation accessible to all. Based on Universal Design, it improves safety, orientation, and identity. Modular and adaptable, it blends into the cityscape and connects people intuitively to their surroundings. Pfin shows that inclusive design can be not only functional, but also aesthetic and defining for the urban identity.
