The Decline of Small Shops in Bulgaria

The recent disappearance of small stores in Bulgaria is based on social and economic shifts driven by capitalism, the change of the consumer’s behaviour, lack of government support and the development of the cities. In the magazine, 5 narratives are shared through semi-constructed interviews and photography. The main design element of the publication is the price tag stiskers that attract attention as the intention of the project is to bring awareness to the issue occurring worldwide.
