In 2019 the Austrian bank Erste Bank celebrated its 200 years anniversary. For this occasion we had a look into the bank’s past and highlighted 5 monumental years. We wanted to create a beautifully crafted site that illustrates the content in a engaging way – since history can sometimes be not the most exciting subject. The story follows Erste Bank’s first customer, Marie Schwarz, through each time period and elaborates on the bank’s constant forward looking attitude.
