Samogitian, a dialect from western Lithuania, is celebrated through the font ‘Atmeno’, designed to encourage its use in written culture. Incorporating the dialect’s unique features, ‘Atmeno’—meaning “I remember”—symbolizes the preservation of a language. This theme comes to life in an interactive installation where viewers write Samogitian sentences by following a moving beam of light, turning writing into an act of remembrance and cultural preservation.
