Borealis is a retail brand of wild, northern fish. After researching its range of fish and recognizable elements, a visual system was developed based on a bespoke typeface. Each fish has a key element that goes into alternative letters and a pattern. These patterns were left underwater to let nature add its final touch to the design. Nature provides a variety of abstract graphics, for which everyone can find their own association.
