In light of the 100th anniversery of the “ring street”, the book »Die Architektur der Wiener Ringstraße« was re-published. Derived from the historical black and white pictures (1860–1900), we printed the book only in one color: black. The “ring street” is devided into 11 parts. A gradiant from black to grey becomes the signage system around the “ring street” – this and a numbering system applied in the layout, make it easier to find the buildings in the map and the book.
