A kinetic interactive installation that generates the soundscape of the seashore based on real time data from waves. This installation is made of 48 custom design rainsticks that recreate the sound and movement of in real-time waves in diffrent locations of the Hawaii’s shores. We use data from the US National Buoy Data Center to feed the system, that moves in patters according to height, period and direction of the waves.
