SÖUL

Name SÖUL is a word game that combines the Ö-vowel, characteristic of the Estonian island Saaremaa dialect, with the English word “soul”. SÖUL, apple-ginger schnapps (40%), is a drink made from apples grown in the Nordic climate and pure nature of Saaremaa. We’ve made it, we’ve put our hearts and souls into it, and we’re proud of it. The taste nuances of Söul are enriched by the sweetness of the apple, the spiciness of ginger and the earthly power of oak.
